HTC TyTN II, O2 XDA Flame and Imate Ultimate 7150 which is the best one among these?

I wish to buy one soon. Help me to chose the best one from “HTC TyTN II”, “O2 XDA Flame” and “Imate Ultimate 7150″

I’d go with the O2 XDA Flame. It seems like the easiest to use and most like a traditional PDA.
